Indication
Gastrospasm，acute/chronic gastroenteritis，ulcer，indigestion，diarrhea，hepatitis，ascites，gastric cancer，intestinal cramps；uterus meningitis，irregular menstruation；myocarditis，pleurisy，epilepsy，calcaneus pain。Excess pathologies of the ST and Intestines – severe abdominal a/or epigastric pain, dysentery, food poisoning. Gynecological and Abdominal issues GVe to stagnation of Qi and Blood – masses, fibroids, cysts, irregular menstruation. With PC 6 for chest and heart pain, shen disorders, sighing, anxiety, insomnia, nervousness. Blood stagnation in uterus and sterility.
Combinations
Stomach pain：SP 04 & ST 41 & CV 12 & ST 36.
Vomit phlegm，vertigo，dizziness，fainting：SP 04 & ST 40 & EX-UE 04 & CV 17.
Flank pain under rib cage：SP 04 & TE 06 & LR 13 & GB 34.
Toe numbness：SP 04 & BL 65 & EX-LE10.
穴位
在足內側緣，當第1跖骨基底的前下方，赤白肉際處。
特點
絡穴；八脈交會穴之一，通衝脈。
同身寸
針灸取穴比量法。出自《千金要方》。

作为量取穴位的長度單位。
穴區神經血管
隱神經及腓淺神經分支，足背靜脈網及跗內側動脈。
適應症
胃痙攣，急慢性胃腸炎，胃潰瘍，消化不良，痢疾，肝炎，腹水，胃癌，腸痙攣；子宮內膜炎，月經不調，子宮血瘀和不育。；心肌炎，胸膜炎，癲癇，足跟痛。
